• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Website progress storage

On thekidplay.com, when you use a website account, we store your game progress, achievements, scores, and saved content so you can continue across devices after you log in.

Android app drawings

In the Android app, drawings stay on the device unless the family shares them through the operating system. The current Android app does not sync artwork or progress to a website account.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create (such as artwork). Drawings stay in the browser or on the device unless a family downloads or shares them. Website accounts store stars, badges, and quest progress. They do not save a public artwork gallery. You can delete your website account at any time.

Progress loss

While we make every effort to preserve website game progress, we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost due to technical issues, account deletion, or other circumstances. We recommend regularly backing up important website content.

Platform content

All content on The Kid Play website and Android app, including games, graphics, text, software, and design elements, is owned by The Kid Play or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without permission.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create. On thekidplay.com, by uploading or creating content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content for the purpose of providing and improving our website services.

Termination by you

On thekidplay.com, you may delete your website account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal information and game progress will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may stop using the Android app at any time by uninstalling it.

Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your website account, or restrict access to the website or Android app, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.
